You will interview and hire, schedule and control labor, train managers and crew, and ensure compliance with all regulations while fostering a teamwork-focused environment and pursuing sales growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with regulations.
• Schedule staff to manage guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train management and crew; evaluate performance and develop improvement plans.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct team meetings; maintain inventory, cash controls, and compliance with safety procedures.
