Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group, the Wingstop franchisee, is seeking a General Manager to lead all daily restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop future leaders, manage sales, labor, food costs, and safety standards, while partnering with district leadership to meet company goals. Previous leadership in fast-casual preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
