Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will foster accountability, develop future leaders, drive sales and profitability, and ensure the Wingstop experience customers expect.

This leadership role requires a positive attitude, previous restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.

• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
