Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, building a high-performing team and delivering an outstanding guest experience at a Wingstop franchise location.

You will develop future leaders, drive sales and profitability, ensure food safety and brand standards, and partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant goals. This is a growth-focused leadership role with hands-on responsibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational and financial management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders through ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and create action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure policies and brand standards are followed.
• Partner with District Manager to meet restaurant and company goals.
