Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will create a culture of accountability, drive sales and profitability, and ensure Wingstop standards are consistently met.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop managers, analyze performance data, and partner with district leadership to achieve restaurant and company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving abilities.

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
