Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive sales, uphold the Wingstop guest experience, and build a culture of accountability.

You’ll recruit, coach, and retain leaders, ensure safety and quality, and partner with leadership to hit company goals. Strong restaurant management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Previous restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders through ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Create a positive, respectful, accountable team culture.
• Deliver guest service excellence and address concerns professionally.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and standards are maintained.
• Manage costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze results and implement improvement plans.
• Partner with District Manager to meet goals.
