Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all daily restaurant operations, building a high-performing team and delivering the Wingstop guest experience. You’ll drive sales, profitability, and a culture of accountability while shaping the future of our restaurants and our company.

You will coach and develop leaders, maintain safety and quality standards, and partner with the District Manager to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Ability to lead and coach a high-performing team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders through ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies and brand standards are followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
