Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver the Wingstop guest experience you expect.

You will foster accountability, coach and develop leaders, manage sales and costs, and ensure food safety and standards across daily operations. This is a key leadership role focused on growth, operational excellence, and helping our restaurants and company thrive.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders through ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
