Job summary

Cicis Pizza Burlington is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team, drive sales and profitability, and model top performance for hourly staff and the Assistant Managers. You will be accountable for operations, guest satisfaction, and achieving agreed goals.

Key duties include hiring and developing team members, managing schedules and HR paperwork, maintaining inventory and cleanliness, enforcing POS procedures, and ensuring GER compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in related position preferred.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating and encouraging excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed and model proficiency in all Restaurant Operations.
• Recruit, hire, develop Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Maintain GER compliance by meeting or exceeding a passing score of 70% or higher.
• Ensure schedules are completed by Thursday EOD for review by Area Coach and HR.
• Follow all POP requirements and participate in Local Restaurant Marketing initiatives.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings.
