Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• 50-hour work week requirement.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Must be able to stand/walk/lift up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Find, hire, and develop employees; conduct new-hire orientation and training.
• Schedule and deploy the team; address performance issues, resolve customer issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans; monitor cost controls.
