Job summary

Burger King in San Antonio, TX is seeking a results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy store and drive guest satisfaction.

You will oversee daily operations for 10-45 employees, manage financial controls, develop staff, ensure guest service excellence, and maintain compliance across shifts.

This hands-on leadership role requires long, irregular hours, a focus on profitability, and a commitment to training and coaching a diverse team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily restaurant operations (10-45 employees) with focus on guest satisfaction, profitability, and retention.
• Leads the restaurant management team; oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance across shifts.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers under DM supervision.
• Interacts with team members, management, District Managers, customers, field ops and outside vendors.
