Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in San Antonio, TX to oversee daily operations of a single restaurant, drive guest satisfaction, and improve sales, profitability, and employee retention.

You will lead the management team, manage financial controls, operations, and compliance, and work across shifts. The role requires flexible hours and strong leadership to keep the team performing at a high level.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work and meet deadlines.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees).
• Lead the restaurant management team and supervise financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interact with restaurant team members, management, DM, customers, and vendors.
