Job summary

Burger King franchise in San Antonio seeks a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the management team. You will ensure guest satisfaction, profitability, and employee retention while managing 10–45 staff across shifts.

The role requires flexibility for long or irregular shifts and coordination with the District Manager and frontline teams to achieve targets and maintain standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and profitability.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single Burger King restaurant.
• Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, and guest service.
• Ensure delivery on guest satisfaction and desired restaurant outcomes like sales and profitability.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
