Job summary

Charter Foods seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead the entire operation, build a top-performing team, and ensure outstanding customer hospitality. You will hire, train, schedule, and coach staff while managing budgets and financial plans for a successful, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy and reliable transportation.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operation and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly experience.
• Hire and develop employees, conduct new hire orientation, and implement the training plan for each new hire.
• Schedule and deploy the team effectively, address performance issues, and assist in resolving customer issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication with a focus on people development.
