Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting with strong analytical decision-making.
• Able to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop for 80% of shift.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong team with excellent customer hospitality.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and training plan.
• Schedule staff and deploy the team effectively; address performance issues.
