Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, set the tone for hospitality, and drive strong customer experiences. You will hire, train, and develop staff, schedule effectively, and manage performance and budgets to ensure profitability.

This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a track record of people development, and a can-do attitude to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong math and analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and training.
• Schedule and deploy the Team; address performance issues.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and manage restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Lead the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
