Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in a fast-paced setting to lead the entire operation, build and develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, train, and schedule staff, drive performance, manage the budget, and implement strategies to grow sales and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of supervisory food-service or retail experience, a basic grasp of math and accounting, and a commitment to excellence.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsabilidades

• You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience.
• Finding, hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation and executing the training plan for each new hire.
• Scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, assisting in the resolution of customer issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
