Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
• Hire and develop employees, conduct new-hire orientation and training.
• Schedule and deploy the team, address performance issues, resolve customer issues.
