Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager in Plymouth, MA to support the Restaurant General Manager and oversee daily shifts, ensure brand standards, and deliver safe, quality service. You will guide team members and shift managers, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability with a smile.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a 50-hour work week, and basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy, including business math and accounting skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Guide Team Members and Shift Managers to complete duties and maintain safety, quality, and timely service.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability across shifts.
• Support discipline, training, and development to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.
