Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Virginia to lead the team, ensure outstanding guest service, and drive operational excellence. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, schedule shifts, and manage budgets to optimize profitability while maintaining a high standard of food quality and hospitality.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a strong leadership mindset, and the ability to work a 50-hour week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and lead a strong team to deliver great food and a friendly experience.
• Find, hire and develop employees, conduct new hire orientation and execute training plans.
• Schedule and deploy the team, address performance issues, and assist in resolving customer issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans while maintaining quality and hospitality.
