Charter Foods in Elizabeth City, NC seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, drive hospitality, and ensure high food quality in a fast-paced setting. You will oversee operations, hire and develop staff, onboarding and training, and cultivate a culture of excellence.

Strong leadership, P&L awareness, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction are essential. The role includes a 50-hour work week, competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly experiences.
• Find, hire and develop employees, conduct new hire orientation and execute the training plan for each new hire.
• Schedule and deploy the team, address performance issues, resolve customer issues, and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
