Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant, oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold food quality and safety standards.

You will recruit, train, and coach top talent, manage inventory, labor costs, and financial performance, and drive sales growth through strong leadership and local marketing, all while fostering a positive, high-energy team culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Build a positive team culture that reflects Popeyes values.
