Popeyes is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant to success. You will oversee all daily operations, drive team performance, ensure exceptional guest experience, and act as a role model for a positive, high-energy culture.

You’ll recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent, manage inventory, costs, and scheduling, and strive for operational excellence and financial goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Build a positive team culture that reflects Popeyes values.
