Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• 50 Hours minimum required.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and staffing level maintenance.
• Training of new hires and shift managers.
• Accurate ordering using Mclane system; avoid duplicates.
• Create and manage schedules; ensure 50-hour minimum per week.
• Monitor labor and adjust to meet business needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with RA/QA; health dept standards.
• Enforce cash policies; daily deposits and controls.
• Meet financial standards for labor and food cost; accurate reporting.
