Job summary

Hardee's restaurant in Hampstead, NC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to operate the location in the absence of the General Manager. You will recruit, train, and lead staff while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness to drive profitability.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work all shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet physical demands.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant or team management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager.
• Hire and train qualified staff per company standards.
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs to standard.
• Lead crew and management meetings and maintain operations.
• Ensure cash procedures and inventory controls are followed.
• Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
