You will guide operations, safety, and training, ensuring service excellence and strong financial results. The ideal candidate excels in leadership, staff development, and process discipline, with the ability to coach, schedule, and control costs while upholding company standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8–10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders for maintenance.
• Bend, squat, twist, pull, reach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team delivers outstanding service and satisfies guests.
• Hire, train and coach the team.
• Use AES Systems for accurate projections and schedules.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet goals for service, operations and financial results.
