Job summary

AES Restaurants in Goshen, Indiana, based in Northern Indiana, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a team, create a positive work environment, and deliver a great guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will coach and develop staff, hire and train talent, utilize AES systems for projections and scheduling, enforce controls on cash and inventory, and set goals to improve service, costs, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant, especially accurate projections and great schedules.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
