Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC in South Bloomfield, OH is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an Arby’s restaurant. You will own daily operations, drive sales, manage staffing and uphold food safety and guest service standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record of managing a high-volume quick-service restaurant, and the ability to coach teams, control costs, and implement action plans to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management experience or higher, preferably in quick‑service or fast‑food.
• Experience leading high‑volume, drive‑thru operations preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff and managers.
• Strong knowledge of labor management, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations while upholding high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain restaurant team members and managers.
• Build a positive work environment focused on teamwork, development, and performance.
• Create accurate sales projections and employee schedules based on business needs.
• Manage restaurant financial performance, including sales, labor, food cost, cash controls, inventory, and profitability.
• Review performance and implement action plans to improve results.
