Job summary

Paycom is seeking a General Manager to lead the unit, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. You will hire, train, and discipline staff, cover all shifts, and manage daily paperwork to keep the unit profitable.

You will develop a succession plan, build community presence, enforce brand standards, and oversee HR functions including payroll data and time sheets. Prior restaurant management experience is required, and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with all hourly associates.
• Ability to cover all shifts during the normal operation of the unit.
• Previous restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer is completely satisfied during their visit.
• Create a succession plan for the unit and develop staff to assume duties when you are away.
• Complete all daily paperwork at the unit level including sales reports, shift inventories, and payroll data.
