This role manages all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure profitability through self-sufficient leadership, strategic planning, forecasting, and adherence to company policies and systems. The GM ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices, overseeing all operational aspects when the Operations Manager is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards; identify deficiencies and address with direct reports.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns or issues.
• Solicit and act on customer feedback to improve operations and build brand loyalty.
• Oversee training and execution of quality standards.
• Oversee recruiting to meet staffing needs and ensure uniform and appearance standards.
