The role reports to Operations leadership, supervises Operations Managers and Shift Leaders, and requires a self-sufficient, results-oriented leader who can forecast, plan, and execute initiatives while maintaining brand standards and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards, address deficiencies, and respond promptly to customer concerns.
• Oversee recruiting, set performance expectations, conduct reviews, and coach staff to foster teamwork and recognition programs.
• Manage sales against budget, drive local marketing, and build community presence to grow tickets and orders.
• Control costs (food, labor, other) within budget using the FOCUS System and plan inventory to meet demand.
