Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Serv-Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification.
• Basic accounting including invoice reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
• Cash management skills.
• Bilingual in certain markets.
• Driver’s license valid in work state(s).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to work long hours (50+ hours/week), including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards and address deficiencies.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns or issues.
• Solicit and act on customer feedback to improve operations and loyalty.
• Oversee training and execution of quality standards.
• Oversee staffing/recruiting and compliance with appearance standards.
• Set performance expectations and conduct reviews.
• Discipline when needed and promote teamwork, energy and recognition.
• Manage sales vs. budget and drive improvements in ticket average and frequency.
• Develop plans to resolve unfavourable trends and improve profits.
• Execute administrative and cash management duties.
• Plan inventory levels using the restaurant's system to meet demand.
