Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for its Marco’s Pizza locations in Ohio. The GM will lead and develop staff to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service while driving sales and controlling costs.

You will oversee HR processes, scheduling, payroll, and reporting to the home office, with responsibility for inventory, KPIs, and store security. The role requires strong leadership, restaurant experience, and the ability to manage up to 20 team members.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team to deliver quality products and customer service.
• Maintain product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, par levels, and weekly/monthly inventories.
• Achieve KPIs and implement store action plans.
• Maintain store exterior and security procedures for deposits.
