Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for Marco's Pizza, leading a team to deliver outstanding product quality, customer service, and sales growth. You will manage costs, scheduling, payroll, and inventory while driving a world-class operation.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant leadership experience, can supervise up to 20 staff, and are prepared for a 50-hour workweek including weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Ensure inventory levels and ordering processes are in place and followed.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reporting to the home office.
