Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a Taco Bell restaurant within Yum! Brands standards, focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability. The RGM trains staff, handles service needs, and models the Live Más culture.

You will recruit and develop a strong team, manage labor and inventory, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive results through coaching and performance management of managers and crew.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; university degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of operational management in Quick Service Restaurant or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Strong math, accounting and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Dynamic, energetic leader focused on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Train employees and respond to customer service needs.
• Model appropriate behaviours and lead by example.
• Recruit and develop managers and team members.
• Monitor and improve Speed with Service (SWS).
• Schedule labor and manage inventory and supplies.
• Lead execution of marketing programs and customer experience.
