Firehouse Subs in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a restaurant leader responsible for profitable operation while adhering to company guidelines and safety regulations. This in-person role requires coordinating staffing, training, and local marketing initiatives to drive guest satisfaction.

You will report to the Owner and Director of Operations and work across Lee County locations during training, with opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, wage and safety regulations.
• Lead restaurant team to deliver guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Manage profitability via food cost, labor, and sales growth.
• Staff the restaurant with trained personnel.
• Train and develop the Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
• Participate in local restaurant marketing.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally.
• Communicate issues to GM/Owner promptly.
• Maintain restaurant equipment in good working order.
• Work early mornings and evenings.
