Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast casual restaurant, drive profitability, and uphold company standards. You will manage the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

This role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, training, cost control, and active participation in local marketing and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing a restaurant team.
• Strong customer service focus with a track record of guest satisfaction.
• Experience handling cash and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant compliance with local, state and federal regulations including health and wage laws.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet guest service standards and maintain a cheerful work environment.
• Manage profitability by controlling food cost, labor, and utilities.
• Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and train managers and supervisors.
• Lead local marketing efforts and community initiatives.
• Maintain equipment and promptly report issues to the owner.
