Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure food quality, and maintain a clean, compliant, and safe dining space while managing costs and staffing.

The role requires strong leadership and a passion for teamwork and service excellence. You will recruit and develop Assistant and Shift Managers, coordinate local marketing efforts, and represent the brand in the community to grow

Qualifications
