Job summary

Burger King seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy, fast-paced location and own the restaurant’s success. You’ll drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and talent development while upholding brand standards.

You’ll supervise a team of Assistant Managers and hourly staff, develop strong operations, and partner with the District Manager to execute local marketing and cost controls, ensuring exceptional guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience with operational and/or financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant P&L, review finances, control costs, and drive sales growth.
• Lead and develop a team of managers and staff to exceed guest expectations.
• Oversee hiring, training, certification, and ongoing development.
• Optimize labor and maintain brand standards with hands-on leadership.
