You will be accountable for daily operations, scheduling, P&L management, and sales forecasting, while maintaining food safety and brand standards across all hours of operation.

• Ability to manage daily operations including scheduling, P&L, and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed with top-notch hospitality standards.
• Ensure fast, accurate service and a positive guest experience.
• Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle training tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate, on-time digital orders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, hiring.
