Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uphold top-notch hospitality and guest experience standards.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle including recruitment and performance management.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle training tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and timely digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling and cash flow.
• Ensure dining room cleanliness and food safety compliance.
• Achieve annual sales and cash flow plans.
