This role demands a hands-on leader who can motivate staff, optimize efficiency, and ensure the restaurant delivers outstanding service across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management including scheduling, P&L, and recruiting.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Creative marketing and driving sales experience.
• Ability to manage digital orders and use tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team and hire/develop staff.
• Ensure fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Train crew, shift leaders, and apprentices.
• Manage daily operations: scheduling, P&L, sales forecast.
• Maintain clean dining room and food safety standards.
• Achieve annual sales and cash flow targets.
