Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, hire and develop great people, and drive a strong business. You will cultivate a winning culture and ensure top-notch hospitality while managing schedules, finances, and guest experience.

You will recruit, train, and coach crew members and shift leaders, delivering excellent service across all hours. This role emphasizes leadership, operations, and community engagement.

Competenze

• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Strong guest-service orientation and leadership ability.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and coach team members.
