• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Experience with scheduling, P&L management, food safety, and recruiting.

• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and people processes across the restaurant.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle tools.
