Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and drive guest-focused service. You’ll manage scheduling, payroll and cash flow to meet growth targets while maintaining top hospitality standards.

You will oversee training, operations, and compliance, ensuring an exceptional dining experience and a safe, clean restaurant environment. This role requires hands-on leadership across all shifts.

• Ensure the dining room remains clean and the restaurant is always guest-ready.
