CAVA is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Cleveland. You will lead a team, manage scheduling, inventory, and controls while upholding hospitality standards and a guest-first mindset.

You’ll drive performance, coach staff, and cultivate a culture of accountability and collaboration. This role offers growth and a stake in a fast-growing brand with strong benefits.

Formación

• Experience leading restaurant operations and teams.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Ability to manage inventory, labor, and scheduling for a four-wall operation.
• Proven coaching and development skills for staff.
