Job summary

CAVA is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations in the United States. You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory, and maintain high standards.

The GM will focus on coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement while upholding CAVA's values and culture. You will be responsible for building a positive work environment and driving performance.
