Job summary

CAVA is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a focus on guest experience, teamwork, and accountability. You will drive high standards, coach staff, and manage daily activities to deliver excellent service.

As a GM you will own people planning, training, and performance, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This is a fast-paced role at a growing brand with strong benefits and an emphasis on "A culture, not a concept".
