Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and control costs while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, train, and develop a strong team, manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews, and partner with leadership to uphold Marco’s standards.

You will oversee inventory, ensure food quality and service speed, and drive store KPIs, including safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willingness to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to execute quality product and customer service.
• Source and interview store employees to hire individuals who fit company values.
• Train team on processes, policies, and customer service excellence.
• Coordinate leadership team meetings with supervisor and manager in training.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Oversee inventory, par levels, purchasing, and end-of-period counts.
• Monitor KPIs, budget, and store security procedures.
