Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, motivate the team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise staff, ensure food safety, manage orders and performance, and uphold Marco's culture. Requirements: 1 year GM experience, High School Diploma, valid driver's license, age 21+, ability to stand long hours and lift 50 lbs. Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant general management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (10 hours).
• Need to be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations including supervision of store team members, taking, preparing and delivering guest orders, and cleaning and maintenance of store equipment and facilities.
• Implements, maintains, and corrects processes to ensure operational excellence in Marco's Operating Systems.
• Ensures food safety practices that comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Establishes and strives to meet store weekly sales goals, service times, and guest experience goals.
• Reviews store Profit & Loss Statements and uses data to drive EBITDA growth.
